Prospect: The Youth Leadership Bootcamp is a three-day national, residential workshop for full-time undergraduate students. In addition to learning about leadership and negotiation, participants develop a deeper understanding of the workplace through industry visits to leading firms in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.
